Vlada Ralko was born in 1969 in Kyiv. In 1987, Vlada graduated from the Taras Shevchenko State Art School. In 1994, she became a graduate of the National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture (under the supervision of Professor Shatalin). She works with painting, drawings, sculpture, and installation. She has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1994. In 2017, NV has announced her as one of the hundred most influential cultural figures in Ukraine. She is an author of research texts, poetry, essays and critical articles about art and its connection with philosophy and politics. Lives and works in Kyiv.

Milena Khomchenko is an independent art researcher and writer from Ukraine. Her texts have been published in Spike Art Magazine, KORYDOR, ArtsLooker, Blok, Your Art, and others. She is co-author and archivist of the book MUHi 2009-2021 (Osnovy Publishing, 2022). She has collaborated closely with various Ukrainian cultural institutions including Method Fund, Mystetskyi Arsenal, and Shcherbenko Art Centre.
