Question 4: Why did you leave? / Why did you go back?

I left Georgia with the age of 13, together with my mother Keti (Kapanadze) who had at that time a scholarship for 3 years in Germany (starting in 2000).


Question 5: Does your work reflect your biography?

Not literally - all the periods play independent roles based on temporary identifications, questions and indications.


Question 6: Do you have any influences from any Georgian visual art tradition which you apply to your work? Why?/Why not?

Art has no territoriality, it’s capable to survive without any source and reference to create an independent paradigmatic dialogue with its surrounding.


Question 7: Would you define your practice as feminist?

It’s not caught up in any idealism.

There is an overdose of maskuline and feminine in the world.

Leaving boundaries creates odorless sweat.
